your landline with a cell phone or VoIP line. Alarm.com-enabled security systems
will even continue functioning for 24+ hours if the power goes out.
Sensors installed throughout your home or business communicate
all activity that takes place even when the system is disarmed.
All of this information travels wirelessly (via the digital GSM network) through a secure,
encrypted signal to the Alarm.com Operations Center.
In the event of an alarm, the signal is routed to your
central monitoring station for a 24/7 emergency response.*
